Combine all of the ingredients in the blender and blend on high speed for 2 minutes.</p><p>2. Pour the blended liquid into a strainer lined with 2 thicknesses of cheesecloth set over a large mixing bowl or other container.</p><p>3. Allow the liquid to strain through the cloth. When most of the liquid is drained, you can pick up the cloth, twist the remaining out and “milk it.”</p><p>4.
